At L'Oulivie, the passion for the olive tree is cultivated as a family!
Located 7 km from Montpellier, Le Domaine de L'Oulivie is one of the largest olive groves in the Hérault. It is also the result of a beautiful family history that began in 1957 with Charles Billet. His grandsons, Pierre and Roch Vialla, have taken over, both driven by the constant desire for novelty!
The estate extends over 30 hectares and 10,000 olive trees. The olive trees are cultivated in the tradition of organic farming. In the estate's shop you will find more than 21 olive oils! Fruity varietal olive oils (Olivière, Lucques, Picholine...), "la Farigoule" with herbs from the garrigue, speciality of the estate, "flavour" oils (truffle, basil, lemon...), olives, olive purees, vinegars.
The Vialla family will share their passion with you: video on the harvests, visit of the estate, the museum with its exhibition and its 18th century mill, personalised tasting ...
