Wouldn't the best way to discover the Grand Pic Saint-Loup and its riches be to follow the hundreds of kilometres of hiking trails in the heart of the Hérault?

The trail consists of 4 loops of 49 to 73 km, for a total of 245 km. Each loop allows you to discover the area from a different angle: villages with character, wine-growing landscapes, Buèges and the foothills of the Cévennes as far as Brissac, or Séranne and the Hérault Gorges, with a diversion to Saint-Guilhem-de-Désert.

GR® de Pays Grand Pic Saint-Loup: France's favourite GR® in 2021

Approved by the Fédération Française de Randonnée Pédestre in 2017, the GR® de Pays Grand Pic Saint-Loup is a long-distance hiking trail in the Hérault department.

Located 30 km north of Montpellier, this itinerary, presented in 4 loops, totals 245 km of marked trails. It finished in first place in a competition carried out in 2021 by the FFRP: it received 21.5% of the 92,000 votes cast and was thus ahead of the seven other GRP candidates on a national scale.
