With 6 approved climbing sites, via ferrata, an accrobranche, 2 paragliding departures and a gliding centre, take in the breathtaking scenery.
For those with their feet firmly planted on the ground, discover walking as the identity of the region: 14 signposted hiking trails and more than 250 km of the GR* de Pays "Tours dans le Grand Pic Saint-Loup" (elected the favourite GR by the French in 2021).
Trails that can be ridden on both mountain bikes and horses, for vivid impressions at every pace. Finally, let yourself be carried along the Hérault by canoe or kayak, and discover the mysterious underground of the region by speleology.
