Spanish music for vihuela in the 16th century
An emblematic instrument of the Spanish Renaissance, the vihuela experiences its golden age in the 16th century. In the Romanesque church of Guzargues, Eduardo Egúez brings this repertoire to life through the works of its great masters, blending virtuosity, dance, and poetry. A lutenist, guitarist, and internationally renowned conductor, he has performed worldwide and has a rich discography dedicated to major European repertoires.
