The guided tour takes you to discover the estate, its appellation, and its landscapes of vines and scrubland. Explore the fermentation cellar, the barrel cellar, and the bottling line, then discover the work of the winemaker through tasting the must and observing the berries at different stages of ripeness. The visit concludes at the tasting room, located in a former priory from the 12th century, with a commented tasting of the estate's wines.
