Workshop Assembly of the « Mosson Valley River » of the Jasse

Armed with test tubes, pipettes, and tasting glasses, you will learn with Bruno Le Breton, owner-winemaker of Domaine de la Jasse and Arthur Taix, our cellar master, to define the characteristics of a Chardonnay aged in oak barrels, as well as the subtleties between different barrels. We will educate you on the codes of responsible tasting, notably to spit the wine like professional tasters. The workshop is accessible to everyone, no particular qualification required.
