Domaine Clavel is located in the commune of Assas, 20 minutes northeast of Montpellier.
Today, the family's 33-hectare vineyard is spread over two areas: the Pic Saint Loup and the Causse de Montpeyroux, where the vines are planted in an unspoilt environment.
