Our Quality & Responsible Tourism commitments

Because the quality of our welcome, accessibility, the discovery of our area and the preservation of its environment are closely linked, the Grand Pic Saint-Loup Tourist Office works every day to promote tourism that is increasingly considerate, responsible and accessible to all.

Rated Category II, the Tourist Office is involved in several quality and improvement initiatives. They all reflect the same commitment: to provide a better welcome, offer better support and showcase our area more effectively, while taking care of those who live here and those who come to discover it.

A quality welcome at the heart of our commitments

A warm welcome also means striving to improve every day!

The Grand Pic Saint-Loup Tourist Office is working towards the Destination d’Excellence label (audit scheduled for late 2026), with the ambition of improving both the quality of its welcome and its commitment to more environmentally responsible tourism.

A personalised welcome, attentive service, quality and accessibility of information, as well as managing our impact, raising awareness and developing our practices… these two dimensions guide us every day. Through this continuous improvement process, we assess our actions and make steady progress towards providing an ever more attentive welcome and a tourism experience that is more respectful of our area.

Preserving resources, digital and environmental sustainability, active travel, promoting local stakeholders and short supply chains, raising visitor awareness, supporting professionals and demonstrating strong social commitment… these are all avenues for action to develop our practices and encourage tourism that respects our environment and quality of life.
