In love with my native Languedoc and the many riches it abounds in, I've been working hard since 2015 to sublimate it every day through my various professional projects, at the crossroads between wine tourism and nature outings.

A single leitmotiv: to highlight the beauty of its landscapes, its heritage treasures and its gourmet generosity. I'm as gourmet as he is!

A great lover of wine and gastronomy, I wanted to interweave my love of beauty and goodness by proposing events combining wine and wild plants, as well as art, yoga, ornithology, heritage and much more!

Thus was born "Sauvageonne", a project piloted by Alicia Koch events & wine tourism.
