Escape during the beautiful summer evenings along the paths of the terroir between vineyards and garrigue and taste the wines of Grand Pic Saint-Loup during our guided walks in small groups, from May to October.

Our passionate guides take you to the major natural sites of the Grand Pic Saint-Loup to meet this hinterland where the landscapes are imbued with vineyards.

With hiking shoes on your feet, walking sticks in hand, tasting glass and terroir box in your backpack... you are all set to follow the guide in the great outdoors, on the most beautiful sites of the hinterland!
From the secret valley of Buèges to the emblematic Pic Saint-Loup or the Causse de l'Hortus, the tasted wines have all grown in this exceptional panorama that unfolds before your eyes.

To properly prepare for your Wines & Flavors walks
We recommend:
- Good shoes + cap or hat
- Backpack - at least 20L to transport the box
- Water bottle - at least 1L
- Blanket for the Wine & Astro walks
- Headlamp
- Raincoat, windbreaker, umbrella if the weather is uncertain
- Walking sticks and binoculars (optional)
- For the Wines & Gentlemen Glassblowers visits, no special equipment is required, just a cap or hat in case of high temperatures.
- The presence of pets is subject to conditions

Enjoy a tasting in the great outdoors of 4 cuvées corresponding to the various labels found in our destination: AOP Pic Saint Loup, AOP Languedoc, AOP Languedoc, AOP Grès de Montpellier, AOP Terrasses du Larzac, and IGP Saint Guilhem-le-désert, IGP Pays d'Oc.
Your tasting box from the Auberge du Cèdre
During the walks, a box of local assortment will add an extra gourmet touch during the wine tasting. A sample of local flavors and dishes, enhanced by the know-how of our partner restaurateurs.

15 places per walk - Registration :
Until Monday 9am before the walk for those on Tuesday. Until Thursday 9am for Saturday's and Friday 9am for Sunday's walks. - For minors (and others...), tasting syrups from the Siroterie du Pic in Saint-Mathieu-de-Tréviers.

- If the cancellation of the walk is caused by the tourism office, due to weather, health, or in case of insufficient participants, we will propose another date. If a fallback date is not possible, the tourism office commits to refund the registration fees for the walk.
- If the cancellation is due to the participant and occurs at least 48 hours before the start of the walk, the tourism office commits to refund the registration fees.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start, registration fees are non-refundable.
- The presence of pets is subject to conditions; please contact us before your registration.
If the conditions below are not met during the walk, we will have to interrupt your participation without refund. - THE CONDITIONS :
- The animal must be kept on a leash throughout the walk
The animal must be kept away from the group during the tasting
The animal’s behavior must be respectful towards the group and not cause any disturbance to other participants
The health record and vaccination record of the animal must be up to date
Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed - This programming is subject to change in case of closure of the mountains due to fire risks.
