To conclude its season, the Maison des Consuls highlights the sensitive universe of Thomas Verny with the exhibition « The one hundred twenty views of Pic Saint-Loup ». Inspired by the Mediterranean landscapes to which he is deeply attached, the artist explores the majestic presence of Pic Saint-Loup and the surrounding territories through a series of creations made on-site.

Throughout the exhibition, the visitor discovers a collection of small formats in pastel on wood cardboard, made in the municipalities of Grand Pic Saint-Loup. Created, valleys, rocks, and more discreet landscapes compose a set where intimate gaze, Mediterranean light, and memory of places mingle.

Larger works, conceived in the studio from outdoor sketches, prolong this pictorial immersion and testify to the deep connection between the artist and this emblematic territory.
