Meeting Flavors and Tastes

The first nomadic gourmet evening takes you to Saint-Mathieu-de-Trévillers, to meet Thomas, an organic producer of aromatic and medicinal plants at the foot of Pic Saint-Loup. In his field, he will share his passion and practices of cultivation and harvesting, carried out in compliance with the rules of organic farming. The visit will conclude with a tasting of his creations: syrups, herbal teas, flavored sugars, and other specialties with Mediterranean scents, inspired by the plants found on the paths of Pic.
