RÉCIT DE VOYAGE - LA TRAVERSÉE DU DÉSERT DE MANGYSTAU À VÉLO

In 2022, explorer and photographer Cédric Tassan was the first to cross the Mangystau desert by bike, from the Caspian coast to the Turkmen border. In April 2025, Francis Charles relived this expedition with a group of cyclists guided by Cédric. Between strikingly colored mineral landscapes, bivouacs under the stars and rare encounters, they shared a timeless adventure in the heart of a universe as grandiose as it is isolated.
