On Saturday 28 November, we invite you to immerse yourself in our estate and enjoy a tasting experience at our annual Wine & Cheese Workshop. Join us for a guided tour of the winery, with views over the garrigue, including the vat room, barrel cellar and bottling line, before discovering our wine cellar, housed in a former medieval priory. We will then continue with a guided tasting of our wines, accompanied by cheeses carefully selected by us. During this exceptional workshop, you will have the opportunity to taste, among other things, tomme made by our livestock farmers, whose sheep graze on the estate, as well as a goat's Pélardon from a partner farm.
