The Causse de Viols has taken over from the plain of London on the transhumance tracks, flowered with asphodels in spring. Beautiful viewpoints are revealed on the foothills of the Cevennes and Larzac with the Pic Baudille (848m) as a focal point. By the Devil's Bridge (IXth century) you will enter the heart of the richness of the Hérault gorges, St Guilhem le Désert, jewel of the Romanesque art and St Jean de Fos, artisanal heritage of the pottery.
