The Bois de Saint-Sauveur

Le Bois de Saint-Sauveur © dptherault

The Bois de Saint-Sauveur spreads its Aleppo pines and oaks over nearly 100 hilly hectares entirely dedicated to sports and outdoor leisure. The area indeed has playgrounds for children, a health trail, and an extensive network of paths for hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding. The woods are located west of the Domaine de Restinclières, which can also be accessed directly and safely. The two domains are indeed complementary and offer nearly 300 hectares of protected nature at the gates of Montpellier.

Parking on site, picnic area, games, discovery bike path for children.

WARNING: the 'PR' hiking trail of the Bois de Saint-Sauveur is no longer marked. A new route is under creation. In the meantime, we invite you to explore the departmental area in 'self-guided tour'.
