Can you introduce yourself in a few words?
I was born in Montpellier and lived in Saint-Martin-de-Londres until I was 20. The Pic Saint-Loup area is my entire childhood! After a few years abroad, between my studies and various professional experiences, I returned home to settle down in 2023.
What led you to become an influencer?
The desire to dive into topics and fields that I am passionate about: nature, travel, and ecology. Social networks offer a rather unique freedom, allowing you to reach thousands of people with content. I try to have a positive impact by talking about nature conservation, local tourism, and actions to adopt for minimal impact.
How long have you been active on social media?
I have been actively using my personal accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) for 2 years. Previously, I worked in communication for associations, focusing on social media and website management.
A fun or unusual anecdote about your activity in the region?
I am rediscovering all the nature and environment around me today by creating content about the region. It is by spending a few years outside this region that I realize how beautiful it is when I return!
Do you have a favorite place or a must-see location to recommend here? Why?
The Buèges Valley! It is a little paradise, still quite unknown, where time seems to have stopped. The village of Saint-Jean-de-Buèges is just beautiful, with its streets and its castle. I could say the same for the village of Pégairolles-de-Buèges. The Buèges River looks like something straight out of a fairy tale. And then, overlooking the valley, the Seranne mountain offers wild and refreshing hikes with a view of the entire department.
How do you showcase this territory through your content?
On one hand, through the diversity of landscapes: between the majestic Pic Saint-Loup, the gorges of Hérault, the Seranne mountain, and all the beautiful villages we have, it is a whole world to discover.
On the other hand, I showcase it through what I love to do: hiking. I completed a 68km trek in the territory of Pic Saint Loup in April 2024 (the GRP of Pic Saint Loup) over 3 days. The videos I shared then gained great success on social media. I showed the wild nature and cultural heritage of the territory, as well as the opportunities for adventure!
