Brasserie Utopic
UTOPIC brings together four enthusiasts united by a shared vision: to offer organic beers that break with convention. Based in Saint-Clément-de-Rivière, on the doorstep of Pic Saint-Loup, we brew 100% organic craft beers with modern, creative and approachable profiles, far removed from the clichés sometimes associated with organic products.
Environmentally responsible practices
At UTOPIC, nothing goes to waste! We reuse some of the water used during the brewing process to reduce our consumption. The grain left over after brewing our beers, known as spent grain, is given to local farmers to feed their animals. This simple, local and responsible approach allows us to reduce our waste and make the most of every resource.
