In Grand Pic Saint-Loup, in 2017, Marie Christine Florent decides to take over a domain of old stones; a charming little hamlet that was falling into disrepair and was to be bought by a group from Hong Kong. Strongly attached to her region, she decided to rebuild a complete range based on an exceptional terroir that only needed to be exploited.
