Syrups, herbal teas, Provence herbs (from the Pic!), flavored sugars... all with Mediterranean scents that can be found on our trails. Grown or picked at the foot of Pic Saint Loup, according to a sensible approach and in accordance with the rules of Organic Agriculture, I only use organic French ingredients in the transformations.
