The Wild Gatherers

Since 2019, I gather and transform wild plants from Hérault into syrups, herbal teas, condiments, and jams. From gathering to selling, all my production is artisanal and local, and the ingredients I use are organic and local (even the sugar!). The plants are hand-picked, in natural parcels under gathering contracts, where I can ensure the absence of treatments and other pollutions.
Gathering takes place in Hérault, mostly less than 30 km from Montpellier, between Pic St Loup, the valley of Hérault, and Lake Salagou. Treat yourself with elderberry syrup, wild rose jelly, or herbal tea 'Bouquet de Morphée'! I sell my products at fairs and markets around Montpellier.
