With my preparations, I aim to rediscover the flavors offered by the garrigue by gathering and cooking wild fruits and plants.
Did you know: as a great lover of nature, I also create wooden artisanal objects, such as bowls, visible in the shop at the Tourist Office.
The little extra: with Civam Racines I welcome school groups or travel to institutions for educational projects on seasonality, flavors and scents, biodiversity, and agroecology. I am a trainer for future farmers at the CFPPA of Béziers.
