Originating from a Breton family from Trégor, around Tréguiers, the founder of the creperie wanted to bring to Saint-Jean-de-Buèges a tradition that is dear to her. Passionate about Breton gastronomy and with strong experience in the restaurant industry, she offers buckwheat pancakes and wheat crêpes prepared in accordance with Breton know-how.

In the heart of the Buèges valley, the creperie combines the authenticity of Breton specialties with the friendliness of the South, to offer a gourmet and warm moment.
