This application restaurant, open to the public, is run by apprentices in training, who put their skills into practice in real conditions. By coming to have lunch or dinner here, you accept the educational principle of the place, which may involve some adjustments in service. The prices offered, relieved of the charges of a traditional restaurant, reflect this learning vocation and therefore differ from those practiced in private establishments.
