A true institution in the heart of the Pic Saint Loup vineyards, the RESTAURANT of the Cedar Inn is recognized for the quality of its table and the selection of its cellar, which will delight both the curious and the connoisseurs.
A mischievous, inventive and precise cuisine that highlights excellent local products: Aveyron and Ségala veal, organic cured meats, organic vegetables.
All food and wine pairings are enhanced by a list of about a hundred wines, served at maturity, mainly from Pic Saint Loup and Languedoc.
Wines also served by the glass. Great selection of sweet wines.
