This public event aims to promote the crafts and contemporary creation in the field of glass. In an exhibition space of over 400 m², all techniques will be represented, witnesses to the liveliness and extraordinary creativity of this ancient art.

At the Heart of Glass

Glass is a noble material, captivating to work with. The Glass Biennale aims to be a time of discovery of the variety of creations that can come to life in this material.

Blowing, threading, fusing, thermoforming, sculpture, stained glass, sandblasting… 

Numerous techniques will be honored by more than twenty glass artists. Coming from all over France, they will showcase their works and present their artistic worlds.

Glass Art Demonstrations for Young and Old

On the agenda for this festive weekend, a participatory demonstration and an introduction to the profession of stained glass artist, a glass blowing workshop, and, at the heart of the museum, Guillaume Domise's glass threader's workshop that will enchant young and old alike.

  • Event organized by the Community of communes of Grand Pic Saint-Loup, in partnership with the town hall of Claret.

  • On the occasion of the Glass Biennale, access to the Glass Hall is free on October 5 and 6, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
