La Halle du Verre
Housed in Claret's former art glassworks, La Halle du Verre is an interpretation centre that is unique in France. Through a permanent exhibition, it reveals the latest archaeological discoveries relating to the history of glass, in the heart of an area shaped by a rich glassmaking tradition.
A vibrant heritage venue, La Halle du Verre is also a space dedicated to contemporary creativity, where craftspeople and artists preserve and reinvent age-old expertise. A true link between tradition and modernity, it celebrates a fascinating material characterised by light, transparency and symbolism.

La Halle du Verre is exceptionally closed to the public this year due to major renovation work at the site. This work aims to improve the visitor experience and ensure the long-term enhancement of this interpretation centre, which is unique in France and emblematic of our heritage.
It is due to reopen during summer 2027.
