Maya's Delights
Bernard was won over in 1989 by the ideal climatic conditions and the numerous spring blooms of Claret to set up his 800 hives. Bernard's bees roam across 10 departments in the south of France to gather nectar from all kinds of flowers: acacia, chestnut, scrubland, thyme, rosemary, heather, strawberry tree, mountains, fir, or even raspberry brambles. His wife, Anne-Lise, is a winemaker. Treat yourself to a tasting of honey combined with a tasting of wines from the Domaine de Villeneuve for a complete experience.
