Nestled in the heart of nature at the foot of Pic Saint-Loup, the Lake of Cécélès is a true haven of peace. This little slice of paradise offers a preserved natural setting where one comes to enjoy the water, tranquility, and the landscapes of scrubland.
Between reflections of the lake and panoramas of the surrounding reliefs, the site also invites discovery: walks around the lake and outdoor activities allow you to fully enjoy this unique natural environment.
Authentic landscapes
The landscapes are varied: scrubland, vineyards, olive trees, meadows, woods, rivers, streams... They also tell a story. Buildings, walls, irrigation canals and others bear witness to human presence in this country for ancient times, whose isolation has preserved its authenticity.

Practical information
Paid access
Access to the Lake is paid during the summer season (5€/adult and 3€/child) when swimming is monitored (weekends in June and every day in July/August). This amount is not charged to customers who have made a reservation in advance at the Guinguette.
Swimming
The swimming area is defined by a floating line. Swimming is monitored only within this floating line and during the paid access period from 9 am to 6 pm. In all cases, children remain under the exclusive supervision of their legal guardians. Outside of this frame, swimming is at your own responsibility.
Maximum depth: 11 meters
Minimum depth: a few centimeters
Accessible access
Customers of the restaurant with reduced mobility or with young children can drive up to the top (please return the cars to the parking lot after dropping off those requiring this arrangement).
