Since 2019, I pick and transform wild plants from Herault into syrups, herbal teas, condiments and jellies. From picking to sale, all of my production is artisanal and local, and the ingredients.
I use are organic (organic fruit sugar from Gard, Camargue salt ...). The plants are picked by hand, in plots under a picking agreement, where I can ensure the absence of treatments and other pollution. The pickings are carried out in the Herault, mainly within 30 km of Montpellier. Treat yourself with poppy syrup, wild rose jelly or 'Bouquet de Morphee' herbal tea! I sell my products in fairs and markets around Montpellier.

Since 2021 I also offer nature outings to discover the edible and medicinal wild plants around Montpellier.
