La Fontanaride - Teyran
A short stroll through the scents of the garrigue, to discover a wide viewpoint, from Pic Saint-Loup to Castries castle and the sea.

One of our most accessible hikes: low gradient, easy trails... Ideal for a refresher or digestive stroll, a touch of nature just outside Teyran.
Starting point : Teyran
Near the stadium, park your car and return to the D145. Without reaching it, take the small asphalt road on the left.
At the crossroads...
At the crossroads, turn left onto a gravelled track that runs alongside vineyards, a dog school and pastures. After 700 m, at a sharp bend in the road, leave the gravel path on your left, which leads back to the village, and turn right between two vineyards. Pass the vehicle turnaround area and continue along the path.
At the highest point...
Climb to the right along the path bordering the pine forest (equestrian center on left). Leave the path and climb the stony track, ignoring a track on the right and reaching a crossroads. Turn right onto the track leading to a second crossroads (milestone with geodesic point).
The Aqueduct and Château de Castries.
Take the track to the right, following the botanical path for 400m. Continue for around 700m, still on the track (view of the Aqueduct and Château de Castries), then head straight for the pine plantation.
Ignore a track on the right and continue gently downhill between the pines.
The crossroads...
At the crossroads of the four trails, as you leave the plantations, turn right onto the trail for about 10m. Once again, turn right onto the track in the middle of the cedar plantation.
Return to the parking lot.
Continue to the intersection where you take the left-hand path.
Recognize the crossroads at the start of the hike, right next to the dog school: ignore the left and right tracks, and continue straight ahead to get back to the parking lot.
