Climbing in multi-pitch routes with Roc'N River
Multi-pitch climbing involves climbing a very high wall in several successive stages. This practice requires good physical condition as well as mastery of safety techniques such as belaying and securing. In return, it offers a unique experience: sensation of verticality, panoramic views, airy ambiance, isolation, and wildlife observation, especially birds.
Accompanied by our guide, you will embark on the ascent of a cliff of about a hundred meters. The cliffs of Thaurac, Saint-Jean-de-Buèges, and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert are among the main multi-pitch sites around Montpellier. Other remarkable areas, such as the Caroux massif or the Jonte gorges, are also accessible from Montpellier and Ganges. The multi-pitch route will be chosen with you according to your level and desires.
