Explore the Hérault with Roc'N River - 15km
Choose the full descent from Ganges to Aubanel, the most athletic itinerary of our canoe-kayak courses. Spanning 15 kilometers, it begins with the most technical part upstream of the gorges, with the sequence of the emblematic rapids of the Grand S, the Petit S, and the Moulin. The descent continues in a wilder setting until Aubanel, offering a complete immersion in nature.
Throughout the route, many areas will allow you to take a break, have a picnic, or swim, making for an experience as intense as it is refreshing.

Peak season, departure every hour from 9 am to 3 pm
Return shuttle every hour from 12:30 pm to 6:30 pm
