Stand Up Paddle or SUP, is a sporting leisure activity and an original way to enjoy river outings. It brings joy to beginners who amuse themselves with their 'splash' in the warm waters of the Hérault. For children, teens, or adults who stay upright, it offers a unique perspective on the natural site of the Gorges, its banks, and its cliffs.

Meeting place
After registering online or at the Canoë RAPIDO shop in the village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, you will go to the base located 5 km upstream by the river to park for the day in the parking lot (free) reserved for our clientele.
